Kalyana Bay

After purchasing a premier section of beachside land in the bay of Candi Dasa, the architectural team divided it into plots, varying in size, to incorporate 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villa options. The land is elevated approximately 25m above sea level and its 80m from the beach. The concept is simply to create a small community of exclusive private villa properties, built in a contemporary Balinese style, which afford wonderful oceans views and a peaceful ambience.

To illustrate the architectural vision, John worked closely with his design team to construct the first 4 bedroom property Villa Asada. Villa Asada rests against the bay, offering amazing panoramic views of the ocean. This four bedroom property has been designed to maximize both the sublime vista and incredible year round sunshine with large windows overlooking the bay, and includes an 18m swimming pool.

Understanding that buyers may not always be onshore, using their villa as a second home or may wish to offer their villa out for holiday rental, Kalyana Bay set up a Villa Management division to ensure the villa is well maintained post purchase. Kalyana Bay currently manages Villa Asada, amongst other villa rentals, which is successfully rented up to 70% of the year.
