Kalyana Bay

The Kalyana Bay Villa Development Project is a vision realized by John and Diane Chapman, two expatriates who fell in love with the sleepy seaside fishing village of Candi Dasa in Bali. After many years of owning a holiday home in the area, John and Diane were given the opportunity to purchase an enviable plot of land overlooking the stunning vista of Amuk Bay. The area includes little development barring exclusive properties such as Aman and Alila Resorts.

The owners currently live on site, which is invaluable in terms of overseeing construction and always being available to deal with maintenance issues too. John is a UK trained builder who personally oversees all building projects to ensure the highest quality construction. Diane oversees all Villa Management services, ensuring the purchased properties are beautifully maintained if the owner so desires.
